MISSING OR DAMAGE PRODUCTS (RMA)
If any item received is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to have the missing or damaged item shipped back to you or issue a Store Credit of equivalent amount which can be redeemed while placing your next order with us.
In case the item is damaged by improper use or mishandling, the company will not be liable for issuing any store credit or reshipping the damaged items. Please read the instructions and user manual carefully before operating any item.
For broken or damaged items – Please share a photo on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS (RMA)
In case you have received an item which was not ordered, we request you to notify us as soon as you can and we shall provide you with a return shipping label.
The item can be then shipped back to us in its original packaging with all accessories.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (RMA)
It is advised to test run or check the items before selling. In case the item received other than electronics is defective we request you to notify us immediately.
We will have the item checked with our quality team and if the item is found faulty or defective we will provide a replacement or issue a store credit for the same.
Returned product must be in its original packaging with all accessories. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items during the return procedure.
The defective item must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. If the item received is not thoroughly cleaned or is mishandled, the Company reserves the right to reject the return.
The customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly in case any electronic item received is faulty or damaged as per the manufacturer’s warranty this includes kits, disposables etc. As a distributor we are not liable for any refunds, replacements or store credits in such cases.
RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS (RMA)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns will only be accepted after preapproval. In case an item is to be returned, you must notify us within 7 days of the receipt date. All return items should be unused and in its original packaging.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged. The company will not be liable for shipping costs for returns.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method or as store credit within 15 days of items receipt.
